Michelle Cubas is a coach, author, entrepreneur, and marketer. Her NSA speaking experience serves her company by sharing business ideas and methods to bring civility and purpose back to work. Founder of Positive Potentials LLC, an advanced
enterprise coaching and consulting company, Michelle excels in a variety of areas: is a certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I ®) facilitator, plus certified values and behavioral analyst. Part of Michelle’s mission is to lead and coach clients to plan, focus and achieve by discovering their inner resources, by using her direction and tested systems.
The practice specializes in people, profits and productivity. These are the factors that impact all size companies: multi-generational/multi-cultural personnel issues, Business Literacy, Global Readiness and workforce performance. Mastery of these issues impact a company’s ability to work internationally.
Michelle links literacy directly to productivity and results for the entire company. Her motto is, “The one with the shortest learning curve LEADS!™” “When people KNOW what to do and what is expected of them, they are most likely to perform,” Cubas says.
Through the enterprise practice, coaching guides leaders through a fresh approach allowing them to alter their perception of what needs to be done. Concrete, solid tactics are applied to create clarity and implementation strategies. “We head in the direction of their vision, support them through the transition, and then enhance the business process and leadership stance in an advisory capacity.”

Michelle is a professional writer and has co-authored two books, Thriving in the Midst of Change and Magnetic Leadership. Her next book, The End of Dominance: The NEW Multi-Dimensional Leader Business Model, is available now for coaching.
As a marketing consultant and active community member, Michelle supports companies through the City of Phoenix MTA program. Michelle donated her expertise to Camp CEO, an immersion program for female high-school students and promotes the Business Literacy and communication strategies in everyday business processes through chambers of commerce, educational forums and public events. The Chandler Chamber of Commerce offers Michelle’s EMBA Marketing Certification Program.
Her post-graduate work was at University of Southern California (USC), Corporate Communications with undergraduate studies at Wayne State University, Bachelor or Science in English and psychology.
Nana to six, mother to five, Michelle and åher husband, Ted, reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
